HERVEY BAY ATTRACTIONS

Hervey Bay is best known for its access to natural attractions of the world heritage listed Fraser Island, the Southern Great Barrier Reef, including the coral cay of Lady Elliot Island, and spectacular pristine beaches.

There are dozens of other attractions that can enhance a truly unique holiday experience from the joys of a trip on the glass bottomed vessel MV Krystal Klear, to sailing the Bay, to the splendour of the Botanical Gardens only a 10 minute walk away. The choice is yours.

Given, that it only takes 20minutes to drive from one side of town to the other, all of these attractions are easily accessible whilst staying at Shelly Beach Motel.

With courtesy or public transport available, the local Hervey Bay RSL Club and the Hervey Bay Boat Club are easily and cheaply reached. This allow for less travel on your behalf and more time relaxing.
