Hervey Bay is one of the only places in the world where the Humpback Whales seem to befriend their whale watchers, swimming and playing around the vessels and putting on some amazing acrobatic shows for the passengers on board. Fraser Island is the largest Sand Island in the world and is heritage listed due to its unique environment, flora and fauna.
